What to write about

Erase my account

Ask, and we will erase your account and everything in it: journals, reviews, corrections, exercises, answers and sessions. There is no self-service button for this yet, which is why it is a request. You can delete a single journal yourself, in the app.

Show me my data

We will send you a copy of the personal data we hold about you. The Privacy Policy lists what that is, and where each part comes from.

A correction looks wrong

Tell us the journal and the correction. A language suggestion can be wrong or old-fashioned, and knowing which ones are helps us improve the instructions the AI is given. Your original text is never changed, so you can always check a suggestion against what you wrote.

Something is broken

A review that never finishes, a screen that will not load, an email that does not arrive. Say what you did and what happened, and which device you were using.

Anything else

Security reports, press, or a question about the Terms or the Privacy Policy.

Sparkslingo is a small project, so there is no support line and no live chat. We read everything that arrives and answer as quickly as we can, usually within a few days.
